All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment conducted by a qualified prescriber. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our prescribing team and are subject to review at each order cycle.
You must complete all consultation forms honestly and in full. Providing false or misleading medical information is a serious matter and may result in harm to your health. We accept no liability for outcomes arising from inaccurate information submitted by the patient.
Prescriptions issued are valid for use only through Pharmacy Weight Loss Rawtenstall unless otherwise stated. We do not issue private paper prescriptions for use at third-party pharmacies as a standard service.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, confirmed orders will be honoured at the price displayed at checkout.

Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. A signature may be required upon receipt for certain items. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly by email or telephone.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription-only medicines under UK pharmacy regulations, unless the medication is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with our complaints procedure.
Our services complement but do not replace the care provided by your GP or primary healthcare provider. We strongly advise you to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. You will be provided with a patient information leaflet with your medication. It is your responsibility to read this carefully and follow the guidance given.
If you experience a medical emergency or serious adverse reaction, call 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department immediately. Do not contact us in an emergency.
We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
